Corporate chauffeur accounts

Reliable ground transport for your team and your guests, arranged through one account and one point of contact. Tell us about your travel and we will set up an account that fits.

What you can expect

Why businesses use a chauffeur account

Business travel runs on timing. A late car to the airport, a visiting client left waiting in arrivals or a missing receipt can undo a lot of careful planning. A corporate account puts all of that in one place, with a team that understands how your organisation travels.

Typical account journeys include airport transfers for staff and visitors, roadshows with several meetings in a day, hourly chauffeur hire, evening events and journeys between offices. Our corporate travel page describes these in more detail.

What you can expect

  • Journeys booked by your nominated staff, for themselves or for guests.
  • Prices confirmed before travel, using our published pricing.
  • Driver and vehicle details sent before each pickup, to the traveller and, if you wish, to the booker.
  • A full record of every journey on the account, including who booked it.
  • Flight status checked by our team before airport pickups.

How accounts work today, and what is planned

We are honest about where we are. Right now, account journeys are requested through our team and confirmed individually, and payment is arranged with you when your account is set up. Monthly invoicing, cost centre reporting and a dedicated online portal for bookers are planned, and we will tell account customers when each becomes available.

Until then, we keep clear records of every journey so that reconciling your travel is straightforward. If your organisation has particular requirements, such as purchase order numbers or approval steps, tell us in your enquiry and we will explain what we can support.

For larger events we can also arrange minibuses and coaches through licensed partner operators. See event chauffeur for more.

Corporate account questions

Do you offer monthly invoicing?

Monthly invoicing is planned but not yet available. For now, payment is arranged with you when your account is set up, and we keep a full record of every journey.

Can our staff book journeys for visiting clients?

Yes. Nominated bookers can request journeys for guests. The guest receives the driver and vehicle details before pickup.

Is there a minimum number of journeys for an account?

Tell us about your expected travel in your enquiry and we will discuss whether an account is the right fit.

Do you cover cities outside London?

London is our first city and more are planned. See our cities page for where we operate.

Can travellers receive their own driver details?

Yes. Driver and vehicle details are sent to the traveller before pickup, and bookers can receive a copy if they prefer. That way a guest arriving at an airport knows exactly who to look for.
