Why events need a little planning
Large events change the streets around them. Roads close, taxi ranks fill up and thousands of people leave at the same moment. A chauffeur who has planned the evening makes a real difference. Before your booking we look at the venue, the likely road restrictions and the safest place for the car to wait, then send you clear instructions on where to meet.
For a concert, show or match, the drop-off is usually straightforward. The return is where most people lose time. We agree a pickup point a short walk from the crowds, where a car can stop legally, and the chauffeur is there before the final whistle or the last song. If you are delayed, message us and we will adjust.

Choosing how to book
For a simple evening out, a return booking works well: one car takes you there, and a car collects you at an agreed time. If the evening has several parts, such as dinner before a show and drinks afterwards, an hourly chauffeur is often easier because the car stays with you between stops.

We have no special arrangement with any venue, so we cannot promise access to restricted areas. What we can promise is careful planning, honest advice about what is practical, and a chauffeur who knows where to find you.

Questions about event travel
Where will the chauffeur collect us after the event?
Streets beside large venues are often closed or crowded, so we agree a pickup point a short walk away where the car can stop safely. You receive the details before the day.
What if the event finishes later than planned?
Send us a message and we will do our best to adjust. Waiting is free for the first 15 minutes; after that it costs £0.50 a minute, charged in 5-minute steps.
Can one car take us to dinner, the show and home again?
Yes. An hourly booking keeps the same chauffeur with you for the whole evening, which is usually simpler than several separate journeys.
Can you drive us onto the venue grounds?
Only where the venue allows private hire vehicles. We have no special access arrangements, so we will advise you honestly on what is possible.
