We only show reviews from real customers who have travelled with us. No invented quotes, no paid reviews and no cherry-picking by rewriting.

Our approach to reviews

Reviews are only useful if you can trust them. So we keep this page simple. Every review shown here comes from a real customer, either left with us directly after a journey or published on an independent review platform. Where a review comes from another platform, we show where it came from.

We moderate reviews before they appear, but only to remove things that should not be published: personal details such as phone numbers or addresses, offensive language, or content that has nothing to do with a journey. We do not edit reviews to change what the customer said, and we do not hide a review simply because it is critical.

We never write reviews ourselves, never pay for them and never offer discounts in exchange for positive feedback.

How to leave a review

If you have travelled with us, we would value your honest opinion, good or bad. After your journey you may receive a message inviting you to share feedback. You can also tell us about your experience at any time through our contact page, quoting your booking reference so we can link your review to your journey.

If something went wrong, please tell us directly as well. A review helps other customers, but a direct message lets us look into the problem and put it right. Our safety page explains how complaints are handled.

Questions about our reviews

Do you remove negative reviews?

No. We only remove content that breaks our moderation rules, such as personal details or offensive language. Critical reviews stay up.

Why is this page sometimes empty?

We only show genuine reviews. If none have been published yet, the section is hidden rather than filled with anything invented.

Can I leave a review without a booking reference?

You can contact us at any time, but a booking reference helps us confirm that the review comes from a real journey.
