What you can expect

Travel that fits a working day

Business travel rarely follows a neat plan. A meeting overruns, a client lands early, a second appointment is added at short notice. Our corporate service is built around that reality. You deal with one operations team that knows your booking, can adjust it and will tell you plainly what any change means for the fare.

We look after the journeys that matter to a company's reputation: collecting a visiting director from the airport, moving a small team between offices in the City and Canary Wharf, or taking a speaker from a hotel to a conference venue and back. The chauffeur arrives in good time, knows where they are going and waits discreetly.

Typical corporate journeys

  • Airport collections and drop-offs for staff and guests, with the flight checked by our team before pickup.
  • Client meetings across central London, including waiting between appointments.
  • Roadshows and investor days with several stops, arranged as an hourly booking.
  • Late-night journeys home after events, dinners or long days in the office.
  • Transfers to and from the cruise ports and regional offices outside London.

Booking for someone else

Many of our corporate journeys are arranged by an assistant, office manager or travel coordinator rather than the passenger. When you get a quote, you can enter the traveller's name and mobile number separately from your own. The passenger receives the chauffeur's details before pickup, and you keep a clear record of what was booked.

If you arrange travel regularly, a corporate account enquiry is the best starting point. We will talk through how often you travel, who books, and how you would like to receive receipts. Monthly invoicing is something we plan to offer; until then, we will explain the payment options that are available today.

You can see the price and book online straight away, for yourself or a colleague. Our team checks every booking and confirms it by email, usually within 15 minutes.

Cars for business travel

Executive saloons suit most journeys; an executive MPV works well for small teams with luggage. Prices shown come from our current rates.

How corporate bookings work

  1. Send the journey

Share pickup, destination, time and passenger details through the quote form or by phone.

  2. We confirm

Our team checks availability and confirms the car and price with you.

  3. Chauffeur assigned

The passenger receives the chauffeur's first name and the car's registration before pickup.

  4. Receipt for your records

After the journey you receive a receipt that shows the fare breakdown.

Questions about corporate travel

Can I book a car for a colleague or client?

Yes. Enter the passenger's name and mobile number when you get a quote. They will receive the chauffeur and vehicle details directly, and you will receive the confirmation.

Do you offer corporate accounts with invoicing?

Monthly invoicing is planned but not yet available. Use the corporate enquiry form and we will explain the options we can offer your company today.

Can the chauffeur wait between meetings?

Yes. For days with several appointments, an hourly booking is usually the simplest choice. The chauffeur stays with you and you can change the order of stops as the day unfolds.

What happens if a meeting runs late?

Let our team know as soon as you can, and we will tell you whether the chauffeur can wait. Waiting is free for the first 15 minutes; after that it costs £0.50 a minute, charged in 5-minute steps.
