Accessibility statement
Version 1.1, effective 14 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use our website and travel with us comfortably. This statement explains how accessible our website is, how we help passengers with different needs, and how to tell us if something does not work for you.
1. Our website
We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This means you should be able to:
- use the whole website, including booking, with a keyboard only;
- use a screen reader (such as VoiceOver, NVDA or JAWS);
- zoom in up to 400% without text overflowing the screen;
- change colours, text size and fonts in your browser;
Every page is checked automatically for common accessibility problems each time we update the website, and we test key journeys such as booking by hand.
2. Known limitations
- Maps showing our coverage area may be hard to use with a screen reader. The same information is always available as text on the page.
- Some content from other companies, such as embedded maps or videos, may not fully meet the standard.
3. Other ways to book
If you find any part of the website hard to use, you can book by phone or WhatsApp on +44 7520 654964 or by email at info@modenlinktravelltd.com, at the same prices.
4. Travelling with us
- Assistance dogs travel free of charge. By law, our drivers must carry them unless they hold a medical exemption certificate; if that happens we will send another driver.
- Mobility needs: please tell us when you book if you need extra help, a vehicle with easier access, extra time, or space for a folding wheelchair or mobility aid. There is no extra charge for this help.
- Wheelchair-accessible vehicles: these cannot yet be booked online. Please call us and we will do our best to arrange one.
- Drivers will help with luggage and, if you wish, help you in and out of the vehicle.
5. Tell us about a problem
If something on our website or in our service does not work for you, or you need information in a different format (such as large print), please contact us. We will reply within 5 working days.
6. Enforcement
If you are not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com or on 0808 800 0082.
