What a chauffeur service means to us
A taxi gets you from one place to another. A chauffeur service is about how you feel on the way. It is the driver who opens the door and checks you are comfortable, who knows that the entrance on the side street is quicker than the front of the hotel, and who is waiting outside when the evening ends instead of somewhere across town.
Our chauffeurs are licensed private hire drivers who must meet our standards before they drive for us. They dress smartly, drive smoothly and keep conversation to the level you want. If you would rather work or rest in silence, that is perfectly fine. If you would like a recommendation for a restaurant or the best way round a closure, just ask.

Will my chauffeur wait while I am at dinner or a show?
For a single journey, your chauffeur drops you off and a separate return can be booked. If you want the same car and driver to wait and take you home, book our hourly service instead.
Can I ask my chauffeur not to talk during the journey?
Yes. Our chauffeurs are polite and will follow your lead. Add a note when you book, or simply say so when you get in.
Can I book a chauffeur for someone else?
Yes. Enter their name as the passenger when you request your quote. We send the chauffeur details to whoever you choose so they know who to look for.
Can I add a stop on the way?
Yes. Tell us about any stops when you request your quote so they are included in the confirmed price. Changes on the day can be discussed with our team.
