How our minibus service works
We do not own minibuses. Instead, we work with licensed partner operators who hold the public service vehicle licence needed to carry larger groups. When you send us a request, we find a suitable vehicle and driver, check the details with the partner and send you a quote. Once you accept, we stay your point of contact for any changes before and on the day.
Because each trip depends on group size, luggage, timing and distance, minibus hire is always quoted on request rather than booked instantly online. This gives us the chance to ask the right questions: will people bring suitcases, is there a wheelchair user in the group, does the vehicle need to wait for several hours?

Minibus or several cars?
For smaller groups, one of our executive MPVs may be enough, and it can be booked like any other car. When the group is too large for an MPV, or you want everyone to arrive together, a minibus usually makes more sense than several separate cars. Please tell us about luggage honestly. A minibus that is full of passengers may have limited room for suitcases, golf bags or equipment, and the right answer is sometimes a larger vehicle or a separate car for bags. We would rather sort this out at the quote stage than on the kerb.

How much luggage can a minibus carry?
It depends on the vehicle and the number of passengers. Tell us about suitcases and equipment in your request and we will suggest a vehicle with enough space.
Can a minibus wait for us during the day?
Often, yes. Mention how long you need the vehicle and where it will wait, and the quote will reflect that.
