A wedding day without transport worries
On a wedding day, everything runs to a timetable, and the cars are part of it. Our role is simple: be in the right place a little early, move people calmly, and never be the reason a ceremony starts late. Before the day, we go through your schedule with you, confirm each address and agree who travels in which car.
Most couples need more than one journey. A typical plan might include the bride or groom travelling to the ceremony, the couple travelling on to the reception, and close family being collected from a hotel. Late in the evening, guests often need to get home or back to their accommodation. We can arrange all of these as a set of linked bookings, so one team holds the whole picture.
What we can arrange

- Guest transfers between hotels, the ceremony and the reception.
- End-of-night journeys home, including the couple's departure.

Choosing the right cars
Our executive saloons and executive MPVs are well suited to family and guest journeys: comfortable, discreet and roomy enough for formal clothes. Cars are supplied as a named model or similar, and we cannot guarantee a particular colour, so please tell us early if a detail matters to you and we will say honestly whether we can meet it.
For the couple's own car, Luxury Prestige vehicles are available on request. These are arranged individually, so they are priced on request rather than shown as a standard fare. Send us your date, venues and the kind of car you have in mind, and we will come back to you with what is available.

Questions about wedding cars
Can the chauffeur wait while we have photographs taken?
Yes. Tell us how long you expect photographs to take and we will build that into the booking so the car is ready when you are.
How do I book a Luxury Prestige car?
Luxury Prestige cars are arranged individually and priced on request. Send us your date and venues through the quote form and we will reply with the options available.
Can you guarantee a white car?
We cannot promise a specific colour for standard classes, because cars are supplied as a named model or similar. If colour matters, mention it when you enquire and we will be clear about what we can offer.
Can you transport our guests as well?
Yes. Executive MPVs suit small groups, and for larger numbers we arrange minibuses and coaches through licensed partner operators, quoted on request.
